Bitter Kola is a nutritious fruit that feels good in the body but most people do not like eating it because of its bitter taste. It is very good for the body as bitter as it is to taste because it prevents several illnesses and diseases.

I'm about to to tell you some benefits of eating bitter kola and I hope you inculcate the habit of eating it at least once in a while if not all the time. These benefits are;
